The finest quality construction, well-proportioned rooms, and functional planning that will never go out of style.
When building the Princeton Lofts, Wilson Jacobsen insisted on rugged bolted steel-frame construction, replacing the original walls, while retaining the original double-bow truss roof. PCL, the contractor responsible for Los Angeles’ Staples Center, and other prestigious public buildings, brought its customary rigor to this development. The lofts range in size from 1,000 to 3,700 square feet, but with high ceilings and open layouts, the lofts feel even more spacious. Clear glass skylights figure prominently throughout the Princeton Lofts, including public concourse areas and in many of the units. With ceiling heights that reach 30-feet above the ground floor, the skylights offer natural light by day and a view of the stars by night.
